Stream Team Content Director

Reports to: General Manager, INN

Role Type: Volunteer | 1 to 4 hours per week

 

What You Will Do

•       Interview and recruit streamers who fit INN's culture and goals

•       Onboard new streamers with clear expectations and standards

•       Guide content direction across Twitch and YouTube

•       Support and give feedback to streamers on an ongoing basis

•       Stay informed on platform trends and apply them where they make sense

•       Keep the General Manager updated on progress and challenges

 

What We Are Looking For

•       3+ years in content creation or streaming

•       Understanding of how content evolves and how to adapt

•       Some professional leadership or team management experience

•       Genuine passion for the content creation space

Stream Team Lead

Reports to: Stream Team Director, INN

Role Type: Volunteer | 1 to 3 hours per week

 

What You Will Do

•       Serve as the first point of contact for an assigned group of streamers

•       Run regular check-ins, catch issues early, and relay feedback to the Director

•       Help streamers apply INN's content guidelines and shared content calendar

•       Support the onboarding of new streamers in your group

•       Track Twitch and YouTube trends relevant to your streamers and share what matters

•       Help resolve minor conflicts and keep team culture positive

•       Report streamer wins, concerns, and updates to the Stream Team Director

 

What We Are Looking For

•       1+ year following or actively participating in content creation or streaming

•       Comfortable working within a team and communicating clearly and consistently

•       Able to give and receive direct, constructive feedback

•       Organized, dependable, and genuinely interested in helping others grow

Talk Show - Stream Technician

What you’ll be doing:

  • Helps Moderate content on both INN Twitch / Youtube and Discord Channels
  • Helps maintain fun and clean space for our streamers and talk show hosts and community
  • Report back from time to time on larger moderation issues
  • Help maintain blocked words / phrases and keep up to date on what would help us keep that space in good standin

EVE Online Cameraman / Commentator

What you’ll bring:

  • No Webcam required.
  • Working Mic is Required.
  • Ability to get into a cloakable ship and watch battles from afar.
  • Know how to make safe points near battle and stay safe for birds eye view.
  • Maintain the minimum quality of 1280×720 30FPS streaming minimum in Potato Mode in EVE client may be required sometimes to stream the larger TIDI fights
  • Available to be on call for fights with sometimes little notice. (Notice is given as far in advance as possible.)
  • Stable Internet Connection.
  • Ability to hear and adjust volume levels of guests and commentators when needed.
  • Chat interaction and moderation while the stream is LIVE.

Special Note for Cameraman Role: This position is required to retain stream for as long as the fight persists OR another person can take over in the stream team. Larger engagements can last anywhere from 2 hours to 12 hours or potentially more.
